She told Castro to leave the house, at which point he allegedly ran to his girlfriend's bedroom and disappeared, prompting the woman to call the police.
A man was secretly living in a Tennessee family's attic and often sneaked downstairs to visit a 14-year-old girl - whose mom knew nothing about it.
However, Castro was arrested again for violating a protection order, trespassing and unlawfully entering a home when a neighbor saw him walking toward the 14-year-old's home on Thursday, Mt. Juliet Police Department revealed in a statement shared on Facebook.
Police officers who were summoned to the scene reportedly had to remove Casto by force from the residence because he refused to go willingly.
According to police, they had warned Casto to stay away from the 14-year-old girl when she ran away from home on May 29.
Officers stated that he would come down from the crawlspace at night when the young girl was in her bedroom with the door locked.
The man was arrested and charged with aggravated criminal trespass at Wilson County Jail.
Police say they had to use an "electronic control device" to take Castro out of the home due to him allegedly resisting arrest.
"After an extensive search of the home, he was found hiding in an attic", police said.
He was released on bail and will appear in court.
