The trailer shows our silent but dashing hero, Link, along with the equally heroic Zelda, who also happens to be sporting a lovely new hairstyle, happening upon a whole bunch of mystical heebie jeebies in a cave.
If you tuned into Nintendo's Treehouse Live Broadcast following the big E3 2019 Direct presentation, you likely saw the same segment we did highlighting upcoming September release, The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. The art style is a cute mix of cartoonish and realistic, resulting in a game that nearly looks like a moving miniature toy set.
Sound the alarm, Nintendo has just surprised us all revealing that a sequel to the much loved The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is in development. If you're not familiar with the original Color Dungeon, it required players to solve color-puzzles and made special use of the Game Boy Color at the time.
If you're all-in on this reinvention of the classic game, you can preorder now. After defeating the Calamity in the previous game, Link and Zelda go into underground crypts of the ruined Hyrule Castle and inadvertently awaken an ancient evil. If that changes, we'll update here.
