The Cure haven't performed at Glastonbury since 1995 and their booking means they'll equal a record now held by Coldplay, becoming the only band to have headlined the even four times.
The Killers' performance at Glastonbury will be their third, following their secret set in the John Peel tent in 2017 and headline slot in 2007.
The band previously performed at the event as headliners in 1986, 1990 and 1995. Janet Jackson, Lauryn Hill, Kylie Minogue, Miley Cyrus, Vampire Weekend and Liam Gallagher were also announced as part of the lineup.
Missy Elliott & Pharrell Williams
Stormzy will perform Friday night, The Killers will take Saturday, and The Cure's locked in for Sunday.
Festival organiser Emily Eavis, who curates the line-up with her father Michael Eavis, said previously: 'The gender balance is something I consider at every stage of the booking process. Other specific stage details are still to be confirmed. We're definitely moving in the right direction'.
Absolute legend Stormzy was previously announced as the festival's first headliner late past year.
