The Wales global has agreed a pre-contract deal to join on July 1 when his Arsenal deal expires at the end of the season.
Ramsey has finally put pen to paper on the deal with Juventus, months after it became clear that he would be leaving north London at the end of his current Arsenal contract.
Juventus said that the club are liable to pay 3.7 million euros ($4.1 million) by July 10 in the absence of a transfer fee.
With that in mind, it's not that hard to see, despite reported approaches from Paris St-Germain and Barcelona, why Ramsey has chosen to leave the north London club for Italy.
"I will continue to give the team 100% and hope to finish the season strongly, before heading on to my next chapter in Turin".
Aaron's made a fantastic contribution to our club since joining from Cardiff City in 2008.
Ramsey has made 22 league appearances for Arsenal this season, scoring twice, including a splendid strike against Fulham in October that was regarded by many as an early contender for goal of the season. "He has always been a consummate professional and will always have a special place in the hearts and memories of Arsenal fans around the world".
