Unai Emery relieved to end Arsenal's run of away defeats

Arsenal will be without Pierre Emerick Aubameyang today

They caused enough trouble to Arsenal in general play to have Unai Emery roaring and gesticulating frantically from the sidelines for much of the first half.

Nacho Monreal was forced to clear off the Arsenal line before Adama Diakhaby nudged the ball towards goal in stoppage time and two Arsenal defenders on the line were unable to keep it out of the net.

Ozil signed a new £350,000-a-week contract at the Emirates a year ago, but has fallen out of favour under Emery. "It hit my knee".

"I am definitely pleased. Maybe it could be the same at Arsenal", Parlour told Sky Sports. Chelsea are level on points with the Gunners.

"This is where everyone wants to be isn't it?"

Former Premier League shot-stopper Shaka Hislop says he would overhaul the squad at Chelsea rather than change managers, to make the Blues title contenders again.

"It's every kid's dream".

Huddersfield slipped to a seventh straight home defeat - their 12th in 13 games in total - and remain 13 points from safety at the foot of the table.

"(Against Arsenal) we lost 2-1, but we showed great character. It's just a shame the game couldn't go on for another 10 minutes. "This is a fantastic team, having a good season, but this didn't look like someone at the bottom playing against them".

Unai Emery said he is not anxious that Arsenal failed to keep a first away clean sheet of the season, as first-half goals from Alex Iwobi and Alexandre Lacazatte secured a 2-1 win at Premier League bottom side Huddersfield.

The Gunners are now fifth, one point behind a resurgent Manchester United who have been in great form since the appointment of an interim manager, Ole Gunnar Solksjaer who took over from Mourinho.

He said: 'Yes, I think we should have had more situations to score more goals, but we played against a strong team today in the second half.
