One of those models this year is the next generation of the Mercedes-Benz CLA, scheduled to arrive at dealerships towards the end of this year as a 2020 model. As for wheels, the available range starts from standard fit 16-inch units right up to 19-inch models. The new Mercedes-Benz CLA is now 48 mm longer than the outgoing model with an additional 30 mm added to its wheelbase. Improvement was seen across segments from the New Generation Cars, sedans, the SUVs and the AMG, the company said.
Also worth noting on the CLA are its new set of taillights and redesigned rear bumper that further highlight the car's sporiter character.
This new Mercedes-Benz CLA Coupe is expected to make its way to India within the 2019-20 financial year, possibly after the launch of the Mercedes A-Class sedan in 2019. The side windows appear narrower this time and the rear looks cleaner with smaller rear tail lights. In comparison to the original, it is 48mm longer, 53mm wider, 2mm lower and the wheelbase is 30mm longer than before, resulting in improved interior space with 17mm of additional headroom for front-seat occupants, 3mm more in the rear and double-digit increases in shoulder and elbow room for all.

The new CLA, in many ways a shrunken version of the CLs in terms of its styling, does get a little longer and wider than before (two inches are gained in both directions).
