"Get ready for Hillary Clinton 4.0" - this is the message that hit The Wall Street Journal's readers on Sunday as Mark Penn, a former advisor to the Clintons, co-wrote an op-ed for the newspaper with a catchy headline "Hillary Will Run Again".
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton could be running for president in 2020.
"True to her name, Mrs. Clinton will fight this out until the last dog dies", the pair wrote. Former Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO), who just lost her re-election bid, distanced herself from Clinton during the campaign because of her dismissive comments about coal workers.
"You can expect her to run for president once again", the authors said. "Maybe not at first, when the legions of Senate Democrats make their announcements, but definitely by the time the primaries are in full swing".
Others close to Mrs Clinton have played down the claims.
"She will hope to emerge as an unstoppable force to undo Mr Trump, running on the #MeToo movement, universal health care and gun control", they wrote.
White House counselor Kellyanne Conway gave a hilarious four-word response to a recent op-ed that suggested a possible Hillary Clinton 2020 presidential run.
