There's more coming later this month, Ubisoft, announced today. The second such questline, Divine Intervention, will see you "meet a mysterious woman who will test your qualities through several divine trials". This will be available for all players.

The free Lost Tales of Greece allows you to discover more about various characters in the game.

You can check out the full blog post here to see what else will be heading to Assassin's Creed Odyssey this month along with checking out the latest update video below.

Also being added is new Epic mercenaries and Epic ships to take down. The "Odysseus Pack" includes "a new gear set, a new mount, and a new weapon" and the "Odysseus Naval Pack" will have "a new ship design, a new crew theme, and a new [ship] figurehead". These two packs are expected around the end of November. These items can also be purchased from the Store.

Remember, the Oikos of the Olympians sells a Loot Box that may (!) contain any of these items.

Arriving in classical Greece on the 13th November, Steropes the Cyclops will be challenging Kassandra/Alexios' skills in a brand-new side-quest called The Lightning Bringer. No doubt, the highlight inclusions of the November content update are multiple new story missions and the appearance of a mythical monster from ancient Greek mythology. Next week brings a fresh quest with a tough, hulking Cyclops beastie to defeat. There will be no time limit, so prepare properly and take it down at your own pace!

Ubisoft confirmed that the level cap will be raised from level 50 to 70.

Players will have a new mystical beast to do battle with. For players who are already at level 50, all the experience you've accumulated up to this point will automatically count towards the new level cap, and your progress should be updated accordingly.

At first it was mentioned here and there that we should not expect to have the level of customization in Odyssey like we had in Origins. The gear system in Odyssey is a bit more complex. Like that lower-level chest piece look but don't like its stats? You're stronger, but you also look cool. So you won't have to decide between having good stats and looking good in-game!

A lot of these updates will be included in the next patch, 1.0.6. What the bloody hell does that mean, I hear you cry?

If you're like me, the ability to basically transmog your gear is a huge addition to the game.
