The Chinese tech giant is now offering a free Huawei Watch GT and wireless charging pad alongside the Mate 20 Pro to customers that pre-order the device between October 16 and October 25. The screen is based on IPS matrix with Full HD resolution and a diagonal of 6.5 inches. On the rear of the device sits a fingerprint sensor.
The Mate 20 Pro also comes pre-installed with Android 9 Pie and has the Chinese firm's new KMUI skin on top of it. As for the processor, the Mate 20 Pro is powered by company's own octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 980 7nm SoC.
Mate 20 Pro also has wireless charging but can also dish out power to other devices through a feature the firm is dubbing "reverse wireless charging". There are many ultimate features that have been added in the Mate 20 series.
The HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro is equipped with a 40MP main camera, a 20MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera. The system is arranged in a distinct rectangle on the back, something that Huawei calls a matrix system.
Features available to Mate 20 users include being able to isolate human subjects and desaturate the colors around them in order to highlight people against their backgrounds. After announcing that the phone would also support a gamepad add-on, which clips onto one end of the phone and features a d-pad and thumbstick, he brought up a massive image showing the Mate 20 X alongside the Nintendo Switch.
The Huawei Mate 20 comes at a starting price of Euro 799 (about 335,000 Naira) for the 4GB RAM + 128GB internal storage variant, and Euro 849 (about 356,000 Naira) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage variant.
The Mate 20 is priced at €799 (4GB) and €849 (6GB).
The standard version of the phone, that is, the Mate 20 sits sort of the in the middle of the Lite and Pro variants. The triple rear camera enables new features like Cinema Mode, which lets you take portrait-mode-esque videos.
The Mate 20 Pro is the world's first phone to support Cat. On the front, the Mate 20 comes with a 24MP camera. It must be said that the Mate 20X offers a large screen of 7.2 inches, the largest ever to be designed by the builder of the Empire of the Middle.
Huawei EMUI 9.0 was introduced last month and was slated for launch on Huawei P20, P20 Pro and Mate 10 Pro. But it comes with a plus, an in-screen fingerprint sensor, which allows users to unlock their handsets either way. There's a catch though. The sizable Huawei Mate X sports a 5000mAh battery and uses a cooling system based upon graphene film and vapour chamber tech, as Huawei reckons that it is a good gaming device. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro, on the other hand, was officially revealed this morning by Huawei for the whole world. It comes with the same set of hardware as the Mate 20 Pro but packs an updated design. A glass sandwich design with aluminum sides.
