Diablo III: Eternal Collection Nintendo Switch bundle revealed by GameStop

Diablo III Cross-Play May Not Be Happening After All

The devil is literally in the details of a new Nintendo Switch bundle featuring Blizzard's legendary game Diablo III: Eternal Collection, launching exclusively at GameStop on November 2. Scope out the bundle in the video, below. In addition, the Nintendo Switch version will include exclusive in-game items from The Legend of Zelda series, including Ganondorf Transmog Armor, a companion Cucco pet, and a Golden Triforce Portrait Frame. As for the game itself, it comes with the base campaign as well as all of the additional content Blizzard has released for it to date, including the Reaper of Souls expansion and the Necromancer class. Players will also be able to jump into Adventure mode right from the outset. But what's clear now is that there's no Diablo 3 cross-play happening at the moment. As we previously reported, the game will run un at 720p/60fps in handheld mode and 960p/60fps docked, and looks pretty much just as it should. Blizzard has been quick to speak out, however, and says the merchandise and its name is in no way related to a new Diablo title.

The Diablo III Nintendo Switch bundle will set you back $360.

Nintendo has announced it is releasing a Diablo III: Eternal Collection bundle, which includes a specially themed Switch system and more. The game is also available on PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
