Head of Samsung's mobile division, DJ Koh said in an interview with CNBC earlier this month that at the moment they are focusing on their midrange devices in order to satisfy the people who need a new phone but can't afford a flagship too. The smartphone also comes with Dolby Atmos. The standard and Depth lenses combine for a Live Focus feature that lets you adjust control depth of field by adjusting the bokeh effect. Originally thought to feature a single rear camera, the Galaxy A7 2018 edition has already been spotted in Geekbench a year ago sporting an Exynos 7885 SoC and 6 GB of RAM; however, it is unclear if Samsung will keep such early specs on this model.
Samsung is also set to launch its first smartphone with a four rear-camera system device A9 in Malaysia on October 11. The company has also incorporated Scene Optimizer feature in the camera which it has borrowed from Galaxy Note 9.
