Available from today, the P30 (even its name makes it sound like a Huawei P20 successor) will be available in three colors: Bright Black (oxymoron), Jade Ice (it's white) and Aurora (which is exactly like the Huawei P20's gradient-sporting Twilight color in everything but name).
As assured, Motorola hosted an event in China on Wednesday to launch the flagship Moto Z3 and affordable Moto E5 Plus smartphones. The notch allows for an edge-to-edge display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and a large screen real estate.
Motorola P30 will be available for purchase in China starting September 15. It has been launched in two variants - the base variant with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage space and the high-end variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space.
Since Motorola is a subsidiary of Lenovo, its parent company made a decision to slap ZUI 4.0 on top of the Android Oreo 8.0. For further expansion, the smartphone includes Hybrid Dual-SIM card slots. At the front of the Lenovo Z5 is an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture, AI beautification, and AI Face Unlock features. Between the sensors is positioned the dual-tone LED flash. Powering the smartphone is a 3,000 mAh Li-Ion battery. Given its price we think this could be a great little phone, if you're in China, and we'll wait to see what changes if any are brought to the handset when it goes global. On the other hand, if you are someone who loves to capture selfies often and wants a smartphone that offers impressive battery life, the OPPO F9 is more ideal.
The single major reason for Motorola P30's close resemblance to iPhone X is the fact that consumers like such design language. Let us know in the comments section below.
