The victim sustained minor injury and was not transported to a hospital.

This is Farrah's second arrest after she was charged back in 2013 with a DUI and disorderly conduct.

Farrah Abraham cursed at police and accused the officers of "provoking" her before she was arrested for misdemeanor battery and trespassing early in the hours of Wednesday, June 13, according to footage released by TMZ.

Sources tell TMZ that Lady Farrah was getting her drink on when all this went down and that when security were trying to escort her from the hotel, she started whining about how she's a celebrity and they should know who she is.

Just before that she was enraged when one of the officers had taken her wallet as she insisted that she had not struck or injured anyone at the hotel.

Farrah Abraham has finally broken her silence following her Beverly Hills arrest Tuesday night. This is Farrah's second arrest.

Interestingly Farrah posted a photo of herself at the hotel that afternoon where she was hanging out with Mark Cuban of all people.

No word on whether the hotel or the guard are pressing charges, but Farrah's bail was set at $500, so I assume she's out of jail by now.

A male adult hotel security officer reported that he asked Abraham to leave the hotel after she refused to disengage from a verbal altercation with hotel guests.

She began sobbing uncontrollably and seemingly was yelling "I'm not resisting" at the law enforcement.

Police also struggled to measure her blood alcohol content with a Breathalyzer test because Farrah "put her teeth onto the tube and didn't provide a sufficient sample".

According to the Beverly Hills Police Department, she is now in custody.

Meanwhile, the Beverly Hills Hotel tells ET in a statement, "We can confirm there was an incident involving a patron in the restaurant this morning". Cops reportedly had to drag her kicking and screaming out of a bathroom cubicle.
