Huawei announced that the Honor 10 sold out in Europe in only 24 hours. The company noted that over 80,000 customers chose to take advantage of a €30 discount coupon, so we can expect that 100,000 units were sold in the first sale.
In countries like Spain, the Honor 10 was completely gone out of stock in just six hours, while the Phantom Blue variant of the phone took under a day to sell out in France.
The Honor 10 is an alternative to the Honor View 10, with updated looks and design while being a highly camera-centric device packing a 16-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 24-megapixel telephoto lens.
On the camera part, the smartphone comes with impressive AI capable camera sensors. Huawei's AI technology is heavily integrated into the camera to fine-tune the images and provide great results.
The Huawei P20 is available from today for $999 through MobileCiti. It's powered by Huawei's Kirin 970 processor, coupled with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB storage. In terms of software, the phone runs EMUI 8.1 which is Huawei's Android UI, on top of Android 8.1 Oreo. The phone packs a 3,400mAh capacity battery, with support for fast charging through a USB Type-C port.
The device will be available exclusively through MobileCiti in a trio of color variants - Graphite Black, Midnight Blue & Pink Gold - from today. Among these, the last two variants quite resemble the Twilight variant of the Huawei P20.
