A man is on the run after, police say, he shot co-workers at a picnic party for Venetian employees.

Police are on the hunt for a Las Vegas hotel employee who opened fire, killing a colleague and critically injuring another, in a targeted shooting during a company picnic Sunday, authorities said.

A woman in her 50s was killed at the scene and a man, also in his 50s, was wounded and rushed to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center. One of them is an executive for the hotel property.
