They are brothers from Woodbridge, VA.

Maryland Natural Resources Police released the identities of two men who they say went missing after their boat overturned in the Potomac River Sunday.

Their bodies have been taken to the Medical Examiner's Office in Baltimore for autopsies.

Officials received a call just after noon that a 15-foot bass boat had capsized near the mouth of Mattawoman Creek, said Candy Thomson, a spokeswoman for the Maryland Natural Resources Police. It is not known at this time if the victims were wearing personal flotation devices or if they were on the boat.

Police say they were able to recover one of the two boaters Sunday afternoon.

With the water temperature near 50 degrees and wind gusting to 20 miles per hour, "searching conditions are really frightful", Thomson said. The other subject still has not been located.

One body recovered in boating accident on Potomac River. Maryland State Police helicopters are down due to weather.
