Since first being unveiled as a Coach ambassador back in 2016, Selena has fronted multiple campaigns for the brand, but it isn't the only fashion name she is now associated with ― her star status also landed her an ongoing role as the face of sportswear giant Puma previous year.
The 25-year-old singer is collaborating with Coach creative director Stuart Vevers on the ready-to-wear collection that will feature a range of clothing, handbags and accessories.
Co-designed by Gomez, the collection will consist of pieces inspired by her confidence and feminine spirit.
"I always look forward to designing with Selena because she has a strong point of view", said Vevers in a release.
Global design house Coach is set to launch Selena Gomez's first ready-to-wear collection, Coach x Selena Gomez, for autumn 2018.
"I am so excited to be working with Coach again", Selena added. Think silky, lacy slip dresses, oversize bombers, and crop hoodies in creamy, neutral hues; in other words, the uniform of the "Instagram generation", the kind of clothes that appeal to Kylie Klones and street style warriors, aka the people who will inject their lips and take upwards of 100 photos to achieve an "Instagram-worthy" shot. "Can't wait to show you this fall", Gomez shared in her post.
