Jeff Goldblum to reprise Jurassic Park role in franchise's new video game

Jeff Goldblum Will Return As Dr. Ian Malcolm In 'Jurassic World Evolution' Game

The game, which follows in the footsteps of Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis by letting players create their very own dinosaur theme park, will feature Goldblum's voiceover talents as its in-game guide.

In the video below, Goldblum announces his inclusion as Dr. Ian Malcolm, the character who first appeared in 1993's Jurassic Park. Jeff Goldblum has been confirmed to reprise his role in the iconic Jurassic Park franchise with a new game coming out: Jurassic World Evolution.

You can watch the video below! Just don't take the dinosaurs off the island.

It's been four years since theme park and luxury resort Jurassic World was destroyed by dinosaurs out of containment.

It's been quite a while since we last received news in regards to Frontier Developments' forthcoming park simulator Jurassic World Evolution after it was announced at gamescom 2017 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. According to Frontier, everything you do in the game will have consequences, noting that every choice you make "leads to a different path and spectacular challenges arise when 'life finds a way'".

Jeff Goldblum is an eccentric treasure too pure for this world, and today's news proves that.

"I'm going to be with you the whole game, as Dr. Ian Malcolm, that's the character that I play in those Jurassic Park movies", says Goldblum in the announcement video, adding "I highly recommend it".

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will be released in theaters on June 22, 2018. But what we're most interested in at Heroic Hollywood are the ads for this year's biggest movies (and one movie-quality TV show), and we've made a decision to rank them all from worst to best.
