The actress, who won the Entertainer of the Year honour at the Hello Hall of Fame Awards, has extended her prayers and support to Irrfan Khan during this time. "There is nothing to worry about, let's put it that way" Deepika Padukone also talked about her co-star from Piku, Irrfan Khan, who has been diagnosed with a rare illness and has been missing from action since the last couple of weeks.
"His health is not the best at this point, and it is important that we pray for him, and everyone else. But I'm really hoping and praying that we hear some good news from him soon", Kirti said.
Deepika and Irrfan had previously worked together in Shoojit Sircar's "Piku", and will be seen again in Vishal Bhardwaj's next. She said, "All good on the health front, I got so many wishes from fraternity and media". She said, "He is someone I absolutely love as a person and an actor". The stars of the high profile event were power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh.
Besides, "Simmba" may face a Box Office battle with Shah Rukh Khan's "Zero" and Salman Khan's "Dabangg 3" and these films will also be released at the same time.
"I am feeling overwhelmed and extremely grateful for the love and appreciation, the success".
"I think like he has requested that there are times when people need to be left alone for sometime and figure their lives out". I say a small little prayer every day for myself and everybody around me. "We should respect the space they have requested for and hope for the best". Things are back to normal and I will be starting my physiotherapy soon.
