In their place has emerged a far more egalitarian system, created to make Toronto far less predictable when it enters the crucible of the NBA's post-season.

The Cleveland Cavaliers aren't pressing the panic button, but LeBron James did tell reporters players have to be "accountable" following Thursday's 133-99 loss to the Toronto Raptors.

HORNETS 99, JAZZ 88: Kemba Walker scored 22 points and Frank Kaminsky added 16 to lead Charlotte, at home, to its fourth victory in six games.

The Pacers are a fascinating team this season.

This "agendas" remark puzzled team vets James and Kevin Love, both of whom were instrumental to the franchise's first-ever championship in 2016.

The Pacers rank third in fast break points per game (14.9) while the Cavaliers rank 18th (10.0). Instead, it only gave the Cavs a higher cliff to fall from.

James finished with 26 points, 5 rebounds and an uncharacteristic one lone assist, which is clearly a sign of how out-of-sync the team was throughout the night.

Cavaliers: had 21 points and 10 assists and added 13 points, all in the first half.

Like they have done all season, the youth of the Raptors came ready to play and it was a collective dominance. They are 1-6 in those seven.

Sometimes, the Raptors have shown that they can get off to strong starts against a team like Cleveland but there have been times where they let the foot off the gas and the game gets away from them. Cory Joseph's 2 points and 2 assists weren't too great either, but his defense is his calling card.

After the game, James apparently was not interested in diagnosing the Cavs' problems. The Pacers cut a bit of the lead in the second, then doubled up Cleveland in the third quarter, 32-16, taking a 2-point lead to the fourth. The advantage stretched to 59-36 as Siakam scored six consecutive points, four of them on dunks. However, in regards to this game, the fans need to bring the energy, which could help disrupt the chemistry that Cleveland is beginning to build with Isaiah Thomas returning.

Even when there was only seconds left, Stephenson was still at it. James missed a 3-point attempt at the buzzer.

Fast transitions, three-point shooting and rapidly switching on defence are hallmarks of a Golden State team that has gone to the NBA Finals three straight years and won the title twice. "But until we play better defensively, I think offensively sharing the basketball, everyone on the same page - and if guys have agendas, we've got to get rid of our agendas and play the right way". The defeat marks their eighth loss in the last 11 games and seventh in the last nine contests.
