The 40-year-old fighter, who is worth roughly $440 million after his win over Conor McGregor in August earned him an extra $100 million, claimed he hadn't heard of the recent wave of confessions from sexual assault victims when told this situation was "very different".

Floyd Mayweather apparently lives under the world's most expensive rock because he just gave a completely clueless and tone-deaf interview about the #MeToo movement.

"We're asking a lot of men, in light of the #MeToo movement, how men can grow in 2018", reporter Jordan Taylor asked.

"The who?" the undefeated boxer asked.

While 2017 did see the controversial Mayweather make rounds, specifically in his world tour alongside fellow brash talking face puncher Conor McGregor, the man known as "Money" chose to start of 2018 with some of his most ignorant comments to date.

"When you say "me too" ..."

Well, I didn't know!

"When you say 'me too, ' my thing is this, when somebody is like, 'I got a Rolls Royce, ' I be like 'me too, '" Mayweather said. "When somebody say they got a private jet, I say, 'I got two".

Floyd can't be serious, can he?

"I know you have a sensitive side. My Me Too movement from the beginning was whenever somebody said what they have I'm like, 'me too.' Somebody say they got a billion dollars, I say, 'I made a billion dollars, me too, '" he said.

"You live and you learn", Mayweather said. You've talked about your sensitive side before.

"Real men speak like, 'Man, she had a fat ass".

"Of course", Mayweather said.

"Well, I didn't know!" Locker room talk. 'I'm the man, you know what I'm saying?
