The main voice cast will also be reprising their roles, with Greg Cipes as Beast Boy, Scott Menville as Robin, Khary Payton as Cyborg, Tara Strong as Raven, and Hynden Walch as Starfire. It will also feature the voices of Will Arnett and Kristen Bell. A huge departure from the beloved Teen Titans TV series that ran from 2003-2007, Teen Titans Go! is an off-the-wall wacky take on the characters, and often finds ways new, surreal ways to subvert the superhero genre.
Alas, Warner Bros has done it again - and has approval - turning kid-friendly superhero gang Teen Titans into a full-length feature. And now Warner Brothers Animation has just dropped the first official teaser trailer for Teen Titans Go! It's directed by Aaron Horvath and Peter Rida Michail, and here's the first trailer. Because lets not forget that the Teen Titans Go! main demographic is still in elementary school, and there is nothing funnier to them than giant robots farting. As a successor to the original Teen Titans show, the newer incarnation is much more light-hearted, as its 11-minute episodes focus more on whimsy, song and other things that have proven to be highly divisive amongst DC fans. Take your pick. It's a corner of the market The Batman LEGO Movie laid claim to previous year, so the bar will be set high for Teen Titans GO! to do something special. Do not expect much beyond teen humor-about a quarter of the short trailer is occupied with an extensive fart.
It seems that with each passing year, the Heroic Age of Hollywood continues to prosper through numerous mediums. To The Movies is raising the bar for farting in American animation with an intestinal relief gag that lasts a full 20 seconds, almost 25% of the teaser trailer's length.
Superhero movies are everywhere, and 2018 is set to be infested with so many.
