Bryan Singer is being sued by a man who claims the director sexually assaulted him when he was 17 years old.
The yacht was owned by Lester Waters, a wealthy tech investor "who frequently hosted parties for young gay males in the Seattle area", the suit alleges. Once cornered in a room, Singer allegedly forced the teen to perform oral sex before raping him, according to the lawsuit filed in Washington state court.
In 1997, a 14-year-old extra accused Singer in a lawsuit of asking him and other minors to film a nude shower scene for the film "Apt Pupil".
This is not the first time the A-list Hollywood director has been accused of sexual misconduct.
The suit claims Singer pulled out his penis, smacked Guzman in the face with it and forced it into his mouth.
The suit also explains that Singer offered Sanchez-Guzman film roles in exchange for his silence, but also issued a threat: "He then told Cesar that no one would believe him if he ever reported the incident and that he could hire people who are capable of ruining someone's reputation".
Representatives for Singer did not immediately respond to BuzzFeed News' request for comment.
The lawsuit seeks undisclosed damages for "emotional distress, mental anguish, physical and mental pain and suffering, a decrease in his ability to enjoy life, past and future medical expenses, attorneys' fees and costs, and other general and special damages".
"The lawsuit was filed by the same lawyer who represented Michel Egan". Another man claimed in 2014 that Singer raped him when he was a teenager, but that lawsuit was later withdrawn by the accuser. "Those claims were dismissed by Egan himself, and he later went to Federal prison for lying in a fraud case".
