Thursday, Kids Preferred Toy Company recalled their line of musical wind-up toys.

According to the company's website, the toy's metal post or handle of its wind up mechanism can detach and cause a potential choking hazard for young children.

There were sold under four brands, including Carter's, Child Of Mine, Guess How Much I Love You, and Just One You. They were sold in variety of animal characters and colors, with the model numbers and batch codes printed on sewn-on labels.

The toys cost between $11 and $20.

Consumers can contact Kids Preferred for a free replacement toy.
