According to Budde, the female jogger strikes about once a week and isn't ashamed of her mid-run bathroom break. I was like, 'Are you serious?
"There's plenty of public restrooms less than a block away from where she's targeting", Budde says.
"I thought for sure she's mortified".
A Colorado Springs woman the community nicknamed the "Mad Pooper" is wanted by local police for repeatedly defecating in a neighbourhood.
At first, Budde assumed it was an accident. It was an accident. Even worse-her children first spotted the woman. After Budde started sharing her frustration, other neighborhood residents came forward, saying the runner has relieved herself in their backyard and a local Walgreen's parking lot. She will go get a dog back come back clean it up and never run here ever again.
"It's not like it's private, people can see you, i mean we are seeing her!" homeowner Cathy Budde tells KKTV.
The mother worked on an embarrassing smear campaign, posting a sign asking the woman to stop.
Colorado Springs Police Sargeant Johnathan Sharketti, who would be solving big-city murders and butting heads with the Chief on a TV procedural called Sharketti if there were any justice in this cruel world, sounded baffled.
Buddle claims the Mad Pooper leaves her waste-which includes the paper towels she uses to wipe-at least once a week for the past seven weeks. If caught, the runner faces charges of indecent exposure and public defecation. "Not the case", Budde said.
"It's just not a natural thing we would do in our society to drop your pants and relieve yourself right there when you know that there are people around especially", resident Mark Odette said.
