Asus has finally launched three new smartphones under the Asus Zenfone 4 Series in India.

And we can't deny, a new launch is always exciting.

The phone is only listed on Asus' website for now, Verizon is still quiet on the matter.

The company has not added any details of the pricing and availability of the device.

Asus Zenfone V comes with a 5.2-inch AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution along with Corning Gorilla Glass, Tru2life technology for high contrast and outdoor readability, 10-finger capacitive touch, fingerprint and smudge-resistant oleophobic coating and support for glove touch. The Zenfone V packs a 23MP Sony IMX318 sensor with a f/2.0 aperture, laser focus, EIS and OIS as the main camera.

It is powered by the aging-but-capable Snapdragon 820 paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB (eMMC) of expandable storage. In the front, the phone sports an 8-megapixel camera with a f/2.0 aperture.

If you are familiar with ASUS then you should know that their camera app comes with a lot of features like time rewind, smart remove, super resolution, panorama selfie, gif animation, miniature mode and even a portrait mode.

The handset is backed by a 3000mAh battery and runs on ASUS ZenUI 3.0 based on Android 7.1 Nougat. The phone also has Hi-Res audio, DTS Headphone:X support and a NXP Smart AMP technology for louder sound reproduction.

The smartphone offers connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, 3.5mm audio jack, and FM radio.
