'Coco' Trailer: Pixar's Love Letter to Mexico Looks Absolutely Stunning

'Coco' Trailer: Heart and History Cloaked in Vibrance

Official US "Find Your Voice" Trailer - Disney/Pixar's Coco

As Miguel learns, if his ancestors are forgotten in the world of the living, they vanish from the Land of the Dead.

While there seem to be a number of striking similarities to The Book of Life, another animated film which bore similar themes to those of Coco, we can't help but think Unkrich and Molina have something much more special tucked up their sleeves with this one. Here, we get a deeper look at Miguel's quest once he finds himself trapped in the Land of the Dead, and his foolhardy fixation on Ernesto de la Cruz.

Brand new trailer for Disney Pixar's Thanksgiving offering, Coco, landed on Wednesday. The voice cast includes Gael García Bernal, Benjamin Bratt, Renée Victor, and Edward James Olmos. In a desperate attempt to prove his talent, he accidentally ventures into the Land of the Dead.

Ahead of the trailer release, Disney Pixar had also released a new poster.

The film boasts a insane talented cast including Gael García Bernal as Hector, newcomer Anthony Gonzalez as Miguel, and Benjamin Bratt as Ernesto de la Cruz, with Jaime Camil, Sofía Espinosa, Gabriel Iglesias, and Cheech Marin in supporting roles. After meeting a charming trickster named Hector (Gael García Bernal), the two new friends embark on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel's family history.

Coco is set for release on November 22nd in the States and on January 18th in the UK.
