Martínez, the coach of the Belgian national side, told reporters Hazard would miss both global games, but insisted that the injury was not serious.
Hazard has not joined up with the Belgium squad for their forthcoming worldwide games, and his national team manager has confirmed that the 26-year-old is expected to be out of action for 10 to 15 days.
Belgium boss Roberto Martinez has confirmed that Eden Hazard will be out for up to a fortnight after the Chelsea winger was forced into pulling out of his country's worldwide squad.
"This is a good test for us".
Eden has suffered an injury before the match against Stoke, it does not look so serious.
"I see enough players in our team who can take over his role".
Should the initial prognosis be correct, Hazard will likely miss Chelsea's next outing - a league clash with Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge on April 1, while also leaving him doubful for the meeting with Manchester City four days later. The Blues now sit ten points clear at the top of the table and Hazard has been an integral part of Antonio Conte's squad this season.
Hazard has been in superb form this season, scoring 11 goals in 26 Premier League appearances for the west Londoners.
